Port Sneak Peak.


Hello everyone,
Sorry for the late update, The port is not going as well as i wanted it to go but as of the moment we have some art in the project. (Thank you owlinthebrush).


On top of this i have been working on the shooting in the game and have managed to implement damage, a color shift, and camera shake when the enemy is hit. It took a little longer then it should have because i was bouncing between using a trigger and collider but i eventually scrapped that and settled on using a Raycast. This will help in the future when we implement visual effects that are spawned at the location of impact. (Also if you noticed, i made the water bullets stretch when they are spawned 😁).

I have also dabbled in creating my own A* algorithm and while its been fun to work on it, it has taken a lot of time to create and so, sadly,  i have decided to cut it from the port and will possibly re-introduce it at later date. Other then that, thank you all for your interest in the game and i look forward to talking to all of you next week.
